I am looking to get into a lease option Home, or any Home that is in a good community, I have a steady job, flexible on payment I do not have extra expenses, the only other thing I pay for is a vehicle. I have a wife and a baby on the way and I want a nice place for them.
My credit was hit hard due to uneducated credit activity and now I am trying to get my credit back in shape but I would like to be in a Home ASAP. I have $1000 readily available a down payment, and will have more if it is required (up to $5000). Please let me know if you have a 2 story Home in Phoenix,Gilbert, Mesa, Tempe, Laveen, or as far as Tolleson. Sqft at least 1250 up to 2500, year of Home at least 1985+newer. PITI+HOA (RTO) no more than 800 a month and you got yourself a deal. Would like Deed of Trust with Seller Financing if available. Thankyou!
